| Details: | Covid-19 At-Home Tests: (repost) Tests are useful for determining treatment and proving someone is probably not contagious. If someone close to you becomes sick, knowing if they have Covid may help determine how they should be treated. Covid tests are also required for travel, before a medical procedure, or to show an employer. Demand is high for tests, with a 3 or 4 week delivery time. If you do not have any tests on-hand, it may be a good idea to order some now, so you have them if you need them.
When figuring out how many tests you may need, one person may use 2 tests, one at the onset of sickness, another a week later. False positives and negatives are also a possibility, so multiple tests could be needed to confirm a result. |
