The $17 price may be more than other mini fans, but this one is quite useful and an excellent value for the price.

This SkyGenium fan is small, lightweight, and portable. Two main uses:
  • On a desk. Powers from a USB port, and either rests on a desk or clips to a shelf, pole, or just about anything less than 3-inches wide. Ours sits 5 feet away from the desk, providing plenty of light breeze at the desk with a humming sound too low to be picked up by the computer microphone.
  • On the go. It's lightweight and small, at 5-inches tall for the fan and 2.5-inches for the stand/clip, and weighs about 0.6 pounds. Includes a rechargeable battery which works for 6 hours when fully charged. Uses an included USB cable (or any USB Mini cable), so any USB charger can recharge the battery, including a portable charger.
It does swivel and tilt to any angle.
