| Details: | Prime Members: Square Reader For iPhone $7.68 (expired) One of the last Prime member deals of the event is a Square Reader (for accepting credit card payments) for $7.68 with Prime. Useful for a small businesses and yard sales. Square accepts credit card payments through your phone, and this reader plugs into the Lightning connector of an Apple device. They only charge a percentage of the transaction with no monthly fees. Beware that this is not a more modern chip reader and NFC (contactless pay). The magstripe has less security than the newer options, and these days with Apple Pay and NFC wireless cards stored on phones and watches, consider a better reader unless you are okay with swiping credit cards the old way. |
