Details: | Staples.com's hit team is cancelling orders that use coupons: I heard that Staples.com is cancelling orders that used coupons, especially the $20 off $50 coupon, and is calling those customers to ask where they got the coupon code. Although many people have told Staples that they received the coupon "from a friend", Staples.com has not contacted us yet saying whether or not we should continue to post their coupons. Regardless, this is just another continuation of Staples.com rejecting orders that use coupons. I personally have had more than 50 Staples.com orders cancelled over the past 2 years. If you order something from Staples.com along with a coupon, understand that there is a chance they may cancel for no apparent reason. There are still a lot of great deals at Staples.com, but their cancellation team and its happy trigger fingers may continue to piss off a lot of customers who may otherwise become loyal customers. |
