Details: | 24" LCD Widescreen Monitor $569 The regular price of a Dell 2407WFP 24" Widescreen Monitor just dropped in price from about $629 to $569. It's rated as one of the best big screen LCD monitors on the market. ![]() Compared to other 24" monitors, an Acer AL2423Wdr has similar specs with built-in speakers, and costs $528. Most other quality 24" monitors cost $50 to $100 more, meaning the Dell monitor is also one of the cheapest 24" monitors on the market. However note that $569 is more than twice the price of many 22" monitors. ![]() The Dell 2407WFP has a built-in USB hub and memory card reader, and is about the same size as two 15" monitors side-by-side. To use a 24" monitor at full resolution, you need a graphics card capable of 1920x1200 resolution with DVI output. Upgrading from 3 year to 5 year warranty costs $49 more, something to consider for such an expensive purchase. |
