Compare its value with the TCL 55S405 model which sells for $380 at Best Buy, Newegg, PC Richard, and Amazon (some stores may not charge sales tax for you). The only significant difference between the cheaper 55S405 and the 55C807 is a slightly better display capable of Dolby Vision HDR, versus just regular HDR10. We love our 55S405, and feel the HDR alone was a huge upgrade over a standard 1080p display, regardless of playing video that is 4K, 1080p, or 720p. |
