Details:AT&T GoPhone No-Contract Android Phone for $60
AT&T GoPhone ZTE Zmax 2 Phone for $60 with free shipping and in-store pickup. Before using the phone, if you request an unlock from AT&T, give them the serial numbers on the back of the phone, it should work on T-Mobile, Cricket, and any network that uses GSM.

To do this:
  1. Before opening the package and powering on the phone at all, go to AT&T Unlock a Phone or call them at 800-331-0500.
  2. According to the terms on that page, you are a "Non-AT&T Mobility Customer" since you have never powered on this phone, ever. Press "continue."
  3. Enter the number, your name, and any requested codes written on the product packaging.
  4. They will mark that phone as "unlocked", so it can work on any network other than AT&T.
Once unlocked, you can install any carrier's SIM card and use with their service. This is not necessary if you plan on using AT&T, but unlocking does give you greater flexibility.
