Maximum wireless transmission rates are the physical rates derived from IEEE Standard 802.11 specifications. Range and coverage specifications along with the number of connected devices were defined according to test results under normal usage conditions. Actual wireless transmission rate, wireless coverage, and number of connected devices are not guaranteed, and will vary as a result of 1) environmental factors, including building materials, physical objects and obstacles, 2) network conditions, including local interference, volume and density of traffic, product location, network complexity, and network overhead and 3) client limitations, including rated performance, location, connection quality, and client condition. MU-MIMO capability requires both the router and client devices to support MU-MIMO. TP-Link HomeCareTM powered by Trend MicroTM (HomeCare) is included for 3 years from date of activation at no additional cost, after which would require an opt-in subscription at an additional cost. Opting-out of this subscription will disable certain features. For a complete list of HomeCare functionalities go to www.tp-link.com/us/HomeCare

No Good. Trust I've given it plenty of chances
PROS:24x7 technical supportAmazon return policyFastCONS:It isn't working yet.No IPV6 support for ComcastTechnical support doesn't work together (China and US)Update 10/30/2015Got an email from Bella from their China technical support about IPV6. Told me they figured out the issue. So I used the settings they suggested. It seemed to work for 1 minute. Now 2 hours later I can't get the router to work at ALL. I called technical support US and China. Bella's wasn't there and the US was still not in the office since they are on Pacific time and don't get in till 9 (and good luck getting the US team). The manager of tech support is supposed to call me this morning. If nothing good happens then I'm shipping it back. Given them plenty of chances...Update: 10/28/2015I received the new router from Amazon today. I plugged it in a it seemed to work connect. I had to have comcast reset the modem so it would clear the MAC binding address. Another way that sometimes works to do this if you don't want to go through the horror of calling Comcast or your ISP is to unplug your cable modem and unplug the coax cable. Plug in the modem but wait 3 to 5 minutes before plugging back in the coax cable. Hallelujah. 90+mbps download via wireless. I was getting around 38mbps with my old NETGEAR router. Then I tried enabling IVP6. This is when everything went wrong again. 3 hours and numerous calls to Comcast and TP-LINK, I found out that TP-LINK is having issues connecting to IVP6. They do not know when the issue will be resolved. So I happy it is working but still a little leery of it. I'll keep it this week and see if performs as the big test is this weekend when everyone is home.Original review: 10/26/2015Well I was really excited about this router. We have a lot of devices when everyone is home on the weekend (>15 devices) and with the square footage of the house I didn't want to run multiple repeaters. I decided to mate it with an Arris Surfboard SB6121 to move away from paying Comcast my monthly $10 fee. The SB6121 worked perfectly. I am getting 90mpbs download which I was happy about (of course I have to pay quite a bit for that privilege). Plugged in the TP-Link using the enclosed directions and 'no bueno' (no good). I unplugged and replugged, reread all the documentation and what I could find on the TP-Link website since I know connecting to Comcast can be a challenge. Still no bueno. I called TP-Link technical support team and actually got someone on a Sunday (24h / 7 day support folks!!!) I talked to their technical support rep who was located in China. There were some language barriers but since I had a development team in China I was used to it. I also was happy to talk to someone on a Sunday. Unfortunately Joy wasn't able to help. She emailed me some addition questions which I answered but decided to follow up Monday morning with a phone call hoping to get the US team. I did get connected to the China team again and talked to Bella. She was wonderful and very nice but wasn't able to get it to work except with a static IP address via IPV4. I was hoping to use the IPV6 since Comcast supports it here locally. I was going to email her some additional info but the connection dropped within a few minutes. So I called support again and got Eric on the US support team. He was attentive (my support guys could learn a few things from him) and quickly said "I think you have a broken unit". It didn't put me through the pain of trying this and that but knew when to throw in the towel. So I'm shipping it back and getting a replacement unit.Sucks for me and TP-Link as the reviews for their products are great. I realize this isn't a perfect world and things happen. Hopefully with the 2nd unit I'll get success.
